Roles & Responsibilities

Missions

Receiving goods


Receive the products, materials or equipment.

Check the conformity of deliveries (quantity, quality, references).

Report any anomalies or non-conformities.

Inventory management


Store items in designated areas according to storage rules.

Conduct rolling and annual inventories.

Update the inventory management system (ERP, Excel or internal software).

Ensure the labeling, identification and classification of products.

Order preparation


 Prepare and pack internal or external orders.

 Print or fill in the exit and transfer slips.

 Load the goods while respecting safety rules.

Document tracking


Keep stock records, receiving slips and issuing slips up to date.

Archive documents related to the store.

Safety & Maintenance


Keep the store clean and organized.

Follow the safety instructions.

Ensure that handling equipment (pallet truck, trolley, etc.) is in good working order.

Profile

Level: Baccalaureate to Bac+2 (Logistics preferred).

Experience : Beginner accepted, experience in a store or warehouse preferred.

Ability to handle heavy loads (without excessively heavy loads).

Techniques


Mastery of storage and handling techniques.

Knowledge of safety rules.

Use of inventory management software.

Reading delivery notes, BLs, invoices.
