Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure the operations of moving, transferring and relocating office furniture.
- Ensure the transport and handling of computer equipment in compliance with safety instructions.
- Participate in the reorganization of the premises and the installation of workspaces.
- Ensure the movement of tools and equipment to and from the MGX store.
- Participate in the tidying, organization and optimization of storage spaces at the MGX store.
- Contribute to installation and setup operations during internal moves and reorganizations.
- Carry out small repairs or adjustments to damaged furniture (light DIY).
- To provide occasional assistance to the various departments for handling operations.
- Report any anomalies, damage or loss observed during operations.
- Ensure the proper use and preservation of the equipment handled.
- Apply safety instructions and ensure compliance with HSE rules.
- Ensure compliance with the provisions of the internal regulations and the collective agreement.

- Capable of performing handling tasks
- Ability to work in a team.
- Demonstrate rigor, organizational skills and team spirit.
- To be motivated, responsive and available to meet operational needs.
- Having a sense of service and discretion in interventions.
- Experience in the field of logistics would be an asset.
