Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for warehouse and distribution clients.
- Provide proactive updates on storage, dispatch schedules, and delivery status (cold chain & dry).
- Handle PODs and exception reports promptly; resolve issues with clients professionally.
- Prepare and verify customer-facing documents: delivery orders, invoices, customs release notes, PODs.
- Ensure bonded distribution documentation complies with customs/legal requirements.
- Generate daily/weekly client reports on stock levels, order processing, and delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate records in WMS (warehousing) and Fero TMS (distribution).
- Liaise with drivers and carriers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor delivery status in Fero TMS and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Escalate delays, route issues, or non-compliance to the Supervisor.
- Track and confirm return of PODs within SLA.
- Ensure custody of bonded goods is maintained from the warehouse through distribution.
- Verify duty-paid status and ensure all movements are documented.
- Support audits/inspections by providing bonded delivery documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements in warehousing + distribution workflows.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and new distribution accounts.

Minimum Qualification : Diploma
