Warehousing Customer Service Specialist asyad

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for warehouse and distribution clients.
• Provide proactive updates on storage, dispatch schedules, and delivery status (cold chain & dry).
• Handle PODs and exception reports promptly; resolve issues with clients professionally.
• Prepare and verify customer-facing documents: delivery orders, invoices, customs release notes, PODs.
• Ensure bonded distribution documentation complies with customs/legal requirements.
• Generate daily/weekly client reports on stock levels, order processing, and delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate records in WMS (warehousing) and Fero TMS (distribution).
• Liaise with drivers and carriers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor delivery status in Fero TMS and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
• Escalate delays, route issues, or non-compliance to the Supervisor.
• Track and confirm return of PODs within SLA.
• Ensure custody of bonded goods is maintained from the warehouse through distribution.
• Verify duty-paid status and ensure all movements are documented.
• Support audits/inspections by providing bonded delivery documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements in warehousing + distribution workflows.
• Assist in the onboarding of new clients and new distribution accounts.
