What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

• Take full ownership of customer complaints raised through our portal — from first contact to final resolution.

• Speak with customers in a clear, confident, and convincing manner, educating them where needed, and ensuring they feel heard and valued.

• Coordinate inspections at the customer’s location or arrange for vehicle pickup to our workshop when necessary.

• Think on your feet, adapt to each case, and avoid taking a defensive tone even with demanding customers.

• Collaborate with inspectors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure quick turnaround and customer satisfaction.
