Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Watch Officer
Ensures the proper execution of the production program during their shift, according to the manufacturing order scheduling.
- To adjust and make the necessary trade-offs in the face of unforeseen events related to maintenance, production, quality, human capacity or materials, and to provide collaborative leadership to its workshop managers
- To ensure discipline and compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality rules, as well as other internal regulations.
- Report any anomalies during your shift and ensure traceability of instructions handed over to the next shift supervisor using existing means (email, reporting, logbook, WhatsApp group).
Technical skills, in-depth knowledge of production processes.
- Leadership, rigor, responsiveness, organizational skills and stress resistance.
