Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Polishing & Restoration Polish and refinish watch cases, bracelets, and bezels to original condition Perform brushing, buffing, and mirror finishing on stainless steel, gold, titanium, and other materials Remove scratches, dents, and surface damage with precision Clean and degrease all watch components before and after servicing Assess each timepiece and recommend the most suitable restoration method Authentication & Verification Examine and authenticate luxury watches from top brands. Verify serial numbers, movements, dials, hands, crowns, and case markings Identify counterfeit, replica, or tampered timepieces accurately Prepare detailed authentication reports and issue certificates of authenticity Advise clients on originality, condition, and market value of their timepieces
Desired Candidate Profile
Maintain accurate records of all watches received, serviced, and returned Handle all timepieces with the highest level of care and professionalism Stay updated on the latest watch models, references, and industry trends Liaise with collectors, dealers, and auction houses when required Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client trust Requirements: Proven experience in watch polishing, restoration, or surface finishing Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands, references, and movements Proficiency with professional tools including loupe, UV light, buffing machines, and precision instruments Keen eye for detail, steady hands, and strong aesthetic judgment Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing reports Trustworthy, discreet, and professional when handling high-value items.
