Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expertly diagnose and repair a wide range of luxury watch movements, including mechanical, automatic, and quartz.
- Perform meticulous disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and reassembly of watch components, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough testing and regulation of watch functions to meet the highest standards of timekeeping performance.
- Handle delicate watch cases, dials, and hands with care, executing skillful polishing, refinishing, and cosmetic restoration.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment, such as timing machines, pressure testers, and ultrasonic cleaners, proficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, including parts used, services performed, and customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the service team to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest watch technologies, repair techniques, and industry best practices through continuous learning and training.
- Adhere strictly to brand-specific service protocols and quality control standards, ensuring the integrity of each timepiece.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient workshop environment, promoting safety and operational excellence.

- Exhibits a deep understanding of mechanical, automatic, and quartz watch movements, coupled with diagnostic proficiency.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in watch repair, with a focus on luxury timepieces.
- Holds relevant certifications from reputable watchmaking brands or organizations, showcasing specialized expertise.
- Possesses a Diploma or Certificate in Watchmaking from a recognized institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in horology.
