Water Treatment O&M Engineer New Texas Specialized Building Systems

Oversee the end-to-end operation and maintenance of multiple seawater RO (SWRO) desalination plants across Abu Dhabi

Ensure uninterrupted plant performance by proactively monitoring systems and minimizing downtime

Lead and manage multicultural teams across different plant locations, ensuring effective coordination and communication

Provide remote technical guidance and on-site support for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues

Monitor plant KPIs and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies

Diagnose operational problems and guide teams in root cause analysis and resolution

Ensure optimal operation of RO systems, pumps, dosing systems, and associated equipment

Supervise and review SCADA/PLC-based monitoring systems for performance tracking and fault identification

Maintain compliance with HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and management to provide performance reports and improvement plans

Optimize plant efficiency, chemical consumption, and energy usage

Support spare parts planning and ensure availability of critical inventory
