Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site activities for Water/Wastewater Treatment (RO / STP) projects
  • Ensure project execution as per technical specifications and approved drawings
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients for smooth workflow
  • Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and quality standards on site
  • Handle troubleshooting and operational challenges during installation and commissioning
  • Oversee manpower, materials, and equipment planning
  • Support inspections, testing, and final project handovers

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of total experience
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Water/Wastewater Treatment projects (RO / STP)
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience managing a project site or plant operations
  • Experience working on ADNOC projects is a strong advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, and site management skills
  • Ability to work in remote onshore/offshore locations
