We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waterproofing Applicator to apply and maintain waterproofing systems across project sites. The role ensures quality installation, long-lasting protection, and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Apply various waterproofing materials such as membranes, coatings, sealants, and liquid-applied systems to roofs, basements, terraces, and other surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, priming, and repairing defects prior to application.
• Follow technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines for proper application.
• Inspect work for quality, coverage, and adherence to project requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain compliance with HSE policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Record daily activities, materials used, and completed works for reporting purposes.
• Identify potential issues and suggest preventive measures to avoid leaks or failures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or certification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in waterproofing application on construction projects.
• Knowledge of various waterproofing systems and application techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in using hand tools, rollers, brushes, sprayers, and other application equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
