Role Summary and Impact

The Media Executive will support the development and execution of integrated media strategies (digital and TV) to drive strong campaign performance and deliver against client objectives. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of media experience, ready to take on more responsibility, manage campaigns end-to-end, and work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

  • Support the development and execution of integrated media plans across digital and TV to meet client KPIs and campaign objectives.
  • Manage media campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and setup to optimization, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-quality, engaging content.
  • Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day client communication, sharing updates, performance reports, and addressing queries.
  • Monitor campaign performance across platforms, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and learnings to improve future campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and user data to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions.
  • Design, execute, and oversee digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Plan and manage paid digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Proven experience with digital media platforms, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of social media, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead projects, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
