Role Summary and Impact

  • Drive best-in-class campaign activation, ensuring optimization and reporting are done frequently and according to best practice documents.
  • Leverage data analysis capabilities to gain actionable insights, enhancing strategy and client outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance analysis.
  • Be proficient in using Google Keyword Planner, Google Ads Editor, and other campaign management tools to efficiently build, manage, and scale campaigns.
  • Adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities, developing A/B tests and sharing results with the wider team.
  • Master our internal processes and provide consistent, effective support to senior team members.
  • Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing developments.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by focusing on high-quality deliverables, effective communication, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and insights across the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, not only executing in-platform but also optimizing to a sales/revenue KPI.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, including Search campaigns, keyword strategy, campaign structure, bidding, optimization, Google Ads Editor, and Keyword Planner.
  • Experience across major digital advertising platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
  • Familiarity with GA4 and campaign measurement principles is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player approach.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work leading to positive client outcomes.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, tracking tech stack, and measurement.
