Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a high-energy, driven, and result-focused Distribution Sales Manager to accelerate our growth in the Oman market. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who thrives in driving sales, expanding dealer networks, and building long-term market presence in the electrical products segment. The role demands initiative, ownership, and the ability to inspire and develop a winning sales team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate the distribution sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets
  • Expand dealer network and maximize product reach across all regions of Oman
  • Strengthen relationships with dealers, retailers, and key influencers in the market
  • Drive counter-level visibility, market promotions, and product push campaigns
  • Ensure disciplined collections and adherence to credit policies

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oman’s electrical and building materials distribution market (must)
  • Proven leadership in team handling, training, and performance management
  • Strong market network, negotiation ability, and closing skills
  • Ambitious mindset, ownership mentality, and target-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Oman Driving License is mandatory
