� We’re Hiring – Malaysia Language Agent ( Malay- Conversion & Retention) �

� Location: Dubai, UAE

�️ Language: Native/Fluent Malaysia any Nationality


Are you fluent in Malaysia and passionate about providing outstanding customer engagement?

Join our dynamic Conversion & Retention team in Dubai, where you’ll play a key role in enhancing customer experience, building trust, and driving business growth.


What You’ll Do:

✅ Engage with Malay-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat

✅ Assist in onboarding, conversions, and customer loyalty campaigns

✅ Provide high-quality service and build strong client relationships

✅ Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for customer-focused initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

Who You Are:

� Native or Fluent Malay -Malaysia speaker (Written & Verbal)

� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

� Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retention preferred

� Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
