Golden Bricks is looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join our team!


*Positions Available:*

- Telesales Representative

- Sales Agent

*Requirements:*

- Minimum 3 year of experience in Real estate telesales or sales

- Developer experience for RM position


*Compensation:*

- *Telesales*: Fixed salary + commission

- *Sales Agents* : Commission Based

- *RM*: Fixed Salary + commission structure

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate telesales

  2. Strong experience in cold calling, lead follow-ups, and inventory generation

  3. Proven ability to convert calls into qualified leads and site visit bookings

  4. Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage)

  5. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality

  6. Good knowledge of Dubai real estate projects, locations, and market trends

  7. Ability to handle objections and close leads professionally

  8. Experience working with CRM systems and call logs

  9. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under pressure

  10. Team player with a positive and professional attitude
