Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
An expert in the field of naval ship weapon systems, the instructor trains foreign officer cadets. His responsibilities include:
- To lead (classroom instruction, simulator, practical exercises on board and at sea)
- To supervise, support and evaluate trainees
- To ensure the smooth running of the courses and their scheduling
- To participate in the drafting of reports
- To participate in updating the educational documentation
- To apply the company's quality and pedagogical processes
- To ensure operational monitoring in its area of expertise
- To contribute to the skills development of potential future client instructors.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have at least 15 years of experience in the weapons field and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as a good pedagogical approach. You have worked on recently constructed buildings. Beyond your technical skills, your adaptability is a key asset in fulfilling your mission. Proficiency in English and standard computer applications is essential.
