Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Web and Mobile Application Development Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves leading and managing a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality web and mobile applications. Responsibilities include overseeing project lifecycles, performing systems analysis, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of applications, and maintaining performance standards. Collaboration with stakeholders to align technical projects with business goals is also a key component of this position.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of Strong Software Development experience, including expertise in creating web and mobile applications

  • Proven ability in Team Leadership skills to motivate and guide development teams

  • Proficiency in Systems Analysis and Analytical Skills to troubleshoot and optimize applications

  • Project Management skills to oversee deadlines, resources, and deliverables

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in web and mobile application development is beneficial
