Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts, graphics, and interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and content creators to deliver cohesive web solutions.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Ensure responsive design and optimal performance across various devices and browsers.
  • Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and up-to-date content.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve web designs.
  • Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to keep web assets fresh and competitive.
  • Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and search engine performance.
  • Create and manage digital assets such as banners, icons, and infographics for web use.
  • Document design processes, guidelines, and standards for future reference and scalability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and creative problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for design implementation.
  • Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first websites.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
