About Us:
We are a growing luxury spa and wellness/lifestyle brand dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. Our mission is to create an exceptional online and in-spa experience that reflects the relaxation, beauty, and care we provide in person. We re looking for a creative Web Designer with strong e-commerce, SEO, and Google Ads expertise to grow our digital presence and increase bookings and sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain our elegant, user-friendly websites that reflect a spa s calming and upscale brand identity.
  • Build and manage e-commerce platforms for online gift card sales, product retail, and package bookings.
  • Optimize site performance, mobile responsiveness, and user experience to increase conversions.
  • Implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings for spa-related services and products.
  • Create and manage targeted Google Ads campaigns to increase bookings, gift card sales, and product purchases.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on seasonal promotions, wellness campaigns, and brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on design trends and marketing strategies specific to the spa and beauty industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in web design and e-commerce development, ideally in the spa, beauty, or wellness sector.
  • Proficiency with popular CMS/e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
  • Experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for luxury, elegance, and user engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with booking system integrations for spa or wellness businesses.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and content creation.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma).
