Design, code, and maintain responsive websites for TMT and its brands.

• Implement both front-end and back-end functionality.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Support integration of Circle K, Monoprix, and The Gelatist online sales platforms.
• Ensure secure payment gateways and smooth checkout processes.
• Optimize online ordering and customer account functionalities.
• Coordinate with the Digitalization Manager to integrate websites with ERP, CRM, and POS systems.
• Support automation of data flows between digital tools and operations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to design attractive, intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing and implement customer feedback.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Implement content updates (menus, promotions, products) as per Marketing requests.
• Maintain CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Magento, Shopify).
• Train relevant staff to make basic content updates.
• Implement secure coding practices.
• Support IT in protecting customer data, preventing breaches, and ensuring compliance with data regulations.
• Conduct vulnerability testing and resolve risks.
• Monitor website speed, uptime, and responsiveness.
• Optimize hosting, caching, and SEO performance.
• Regularly back up websites and ensure recovery plans are in place.
• Document coding standards, system integrations, and technical guidelines.
• Support the Digitalization Manager in managing external web vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of digital projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing for campaigns.
• Work with Supply Chain on inventory-linked digital tools.
• Support HR on intranet/internal portal projects.
• Research and recommend new digital tools and technologies.
• Propose innovative features to improve customer experience.
• Benchmark competitors digital presence to keep TMT ahead.
