Role Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Web Developer with solid experience in landing page development and WordPress to support our marketing and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands conversion-focused layouts, and can deliver high-quality work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-converting landing pages aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Build, customize, and manage WordPress websites and landing pages using themes, plugins, and custom code when required.

• Ensure all landing pages are fully responsive, user-friendly, and optimized across devices and browsers.

• Maintain existing website structure and ensure consistency in layout, design, and functionality.

• Implement regular updates, content changes, and continuous improvements based on business and marketing requirements.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to translate campaigns and concepts into effective web pages.

• Optimize landing pages for performance, basic SEO, and conversion rate improvement.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to WordPress and landing pages.

• Manage plugins, updates, backups, and basic security measures for WordPress websites.

• Support integrations with third-party tools such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and marketing tools.
