This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can work independently and as part of a team to produce high-quality web solutions that meet the needs of our clients and the expectations of our users.

• Develop and maintain website layouts, content, and application interfaces for user accessibility.
• Work closely with web designers and programmers to create websites and web applications.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability across multiple devices.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and offer constructive feedback.
• Maintain and improve company websites and digital channels continuously.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in web development technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues raised by users or the client team.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end design with backend functionality.
• Implement security measures and protocols to protect website data integrity.
• Write well-documented, clean, and reusable code to enhance site performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.
• Conduct website testing and debugging to ensure familiar user experiences.

• Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role in a relevant setting.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other core web development languages.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks and content management systems.
• Excellent understanding of web design principles and UI/UX best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative development team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective troubleshooting.
• Experience with responsive design to support various devices and browsers.
