Their programs, such as "Answering the Call" and "Staffing School," provide leadership development, educational programming, and networking opportunities to build a new pipeline of ethical, courageous, and empathetic leaders for public service.About The RoleOur client seeks an experienced and highly technical Webflow Specialist (UI/UX Mechanics Specialist) to manage, build, and optimize our primary website and related digital properties. This role is a hybrid of visual web development and user experience design, focusing on creating a best-in-class, high-converting digital platform. The specialist will be responsible for the technical build and mechanics of all new web features, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and highly performant experience for visitors, from first impression to program application or donation.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day management of 3 Webflow websites (post-agency handover).Implement edits, updates, and landing pages quickly, accurately, and independently.Collaborate with the internal creative team (graphic designer, creative director) to ensure brand consistency across websites.Ensure UX is functional, user-friendly, and aligned with campaign goals.Advise on best practices for scaling Webflow infrastructure and long-term site health.Provide light technical troubleshooting (not expected to be a deep coder, but familiarity with HTML/CSS a plus).Essential RequirementsExpert-level Webflow experience (site building, editing, and advanced functions).Solid UX knowledge: usability, accessibility, responsive design.Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS (advantage, not required).Strong organizational skills - able to manage multiple sites simultaneously.Experience working in nonprofit or campaign settings is a plus (bonus).
