Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor website and social media channels to ensure content aligns with company guidelines and community standards.

  • Review, moderate, and respond to user-generated content, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate regular reports on community engagement, trends, and potential risks to inform strategy improvements.
  • Implement and update moderation policies and procedures as digital platforms evolve.
  • Engage with online audiences to foster a positive, inclusive, and informative community environment.
  • Track and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing user experience.
  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of content to maintain active and vibrant online channels.
  • Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in online moderation and digital community management.
  • Manage and update website content through WordPress back-end, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Update product and service details, including prices, descriptions, and images.
  • Add new companies, suppliers, and partners to the system as required.
  • Assign newly added companies to the relevant operations team for follow-up and coordination.
  • Regularly review the website to ensure information consistency and functionality.
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to maintain smooth data flow and content accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of experience in website or social media moderation, online community management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address sensitive content.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and website content management systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or on a freelance basis as required.
  • Organization and planning (scheduling posts, running campaigns)
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Ability to shoot and edit visually appealing Reels, photos, and videos.
