Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the team during wedding setups and dismantling

  • Ensure all d cor, furniture, and equipment are arranged according to event plans
  • Coordinate with event planners, suppliers, and venue staff
  • Monitor timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Handle on-site issues quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain quality standards and safety procedures at all times
  • Support in loading/unloading materials when required

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in events, banquets, or Qatari wedding setups preferred

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible with working hours (including weekends and holidays)
  • Physically fit for setup work
