1. Business & Revenue Ownership

• Drive wedding sales closures in collaboration with Business Development team
• Own revenue targets and project profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients and families
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services

2. Client Experience & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary escalation point for all wedding clients
• Ensure luxury-level client experience from planning to execution
• Lead key client meetings, presentations, and final closures
• Maintain long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business

3. Project Execution & Operations

• Oversee end-to-end wedding planning and execution
• Ensure timely coordination between decor, production, logistics, and vendors
• Maintain strict control over timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensure on-ground execution meets brand standards

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and manage the wedding execution team
• Allocate projects and define clear ownership within the team
• Train and mentor team members for high-performance delivery
• Ensure accountability and smooth inter-department coordination

5. Vendor & Partner Management

• Build a strong network of vendors, designers, and venues
• Negotiate commercials to maintain cost efficiency and margins
• Ensure quality control across all vendor deliverables

6. Creative Direction & Innovation

• Work closely with the decor and design team to deliver unique, trend-forward concepts
• Stay updated with global wedding trends and luxury experiences
• Bring innovative ideas to enhance brand positioning
