Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding works (arc welding, gas welding, cutting) on various metal components
  • Carry out fabrication and repair of plant equipment and structures
  • Read and interpret basic drawings and welding specifications
  • Assist in maintenance and breakdown repair activities
  • Ensure proper use of welding tools, machines, and safety equipment
  • Inspect welded joints for quality and strength
  • Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools

Requirements:

  • ITI / Technical certification in Welding (preferred)
  • 4 7 years of experience in cement / heavy manufacturing / fabrication industry
  • Good knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
  • Ability to handle fabrication and repair work independently
  • Familiarity with safety practices in industrial environments
