Desired Candidate Profile

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in welding is preferred.

• Proven experience as a welder in the automotive industry or a similar field.

• Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a welding environment.

• Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with qualitative and/or quantitative

productivity standards.

• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the company standards.

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor for extended periods.

• Comfortable working in various positions, including standing, bending, and kneeling.
