Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Review supplier WPS, PQR, and WPQ.
- Prepare weld map summaries and submit for client approval.
- Revise welding
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years in Welding inspection or related field
- Certification: AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or CSWIP Certification
- NDT Level II Certification: Proficient in PT, MT, RT, UT, and VT methods
Technical Knowledge:
- Welding Procedure Specification (WPS)
- Procedure Qualification Record (PQR)
- Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ)
Code Familiarity: ASME Section IX, ASME B31.3, and ASME Section VIII
Knowledgeable in Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT)
