Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide a welding team, ensuring all projects adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of welds, utilizing advanced NDT methods, to guarantee structural integrity and compliance with industry specifications.
  • Develop and implement welding procedures and techniques, optimizing efficiency and minimizing material waste, driving cost-effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot complex welding issues, providing innovative solutions and technical expertise, ensuring minimal downtime and project delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor or Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational educational base for technical understanding.

  • Must have prior experience in Aramco Oil and Gas EPC projects

  • Must be Aramco approved

  • Holds a relevant welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME), showcasing commitment to professional standards and industry recognition.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing or construction environment, exhibiting practical expertise.

  • Exhibits proficiency in various welding processes (e.g., SMAW, GTAW, GMAW), highlighting versatility and adaptability to different project requirements.
