Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary: The Well Testing (WT) Site Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all well testing activities on-site, ensuring smooth execution, proper resource allocation, and compliance with safety and operational standards. The role serves as the primary liaison between the well testing team, rig personnel, and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for well testing equipment, materials, and personnel.
  • Assist the WT Supervisor in planning and executing well testing operations.
  • Monitor site readiness, rig-up/rig-down activities, and daily operational progress.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and client requirements.
  • Maintains documentation, permits, and reports related to well testing activities.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Petroleum, or related field.
  • Must have IADC Well Control certificate.
  • Experience of 8+ years in well testing operations or coordination in oil & gas projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of HSE regulations and on-site operational procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have IADC Well Control certificate. Experience of 8+ years in well testing operations or coordination in oil & gas projects. Saudi nationals preferred and candidates with KSA visa.
