Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
One of our International Oilfield Services client is looking for Well Testing (WT) Supervisors (preferably Saudi nationals) to be based in Dammam, Saudi.
Job Summary: The Well Testing (WT) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all well testing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate execution. This role involves supervising the well testing crew, monitoring operations, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead well testing operations on-site, including flowback, DST, and production testing.
- Ensure all well test equipment is installed, inspected, and functioning correctly.
- Monitor well parameters such as pressures, temperatures, and flow rates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE regulations, and client specifications.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Coordinate with drilling and production teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily reports and document well test results for client submission.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
- Experience of 10+years in well testing or related oil & gas operations.
- Saudi nationals preferred and candidates with KSA visa.
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and well testing equipment.
- Ability to work in challenging offshore/onshore environments.
