Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring experienced Well Testing Supervisors to support unconventional oil & gas projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading on-site well testing operations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with client standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise well testing operations (rig-up, testing, rig-down)
- Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and procedures
- Lead and manage field crews
- Monitor and validate well test data and reporting
- Liaise with client representatives on-site
- Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure equipment readiness
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years well testing experience, including supervisory roles
Experience in unconventional operations (e.g. shale, tight gas)
Strong leadership and HSE focus
Middle East experience preferred
Fluent English
