Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner Create a premium in-store experience from the moment customers walk in 2 Promote and sell wellness, nutrition, and supplement products Understand product benefits and match the right products to each customer's needs 3 Achieve individual and team sales targets Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and earn commission 4 Upsell and cross-sell complementary products Recommend bundles, add-ons, and related items to increase basket value 5 Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on new arrivals Attend product training sessions and continuously learn about new offerings 6 Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards Keep shelves organised, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times 7 Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales support Build lasting relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction 8 Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system Handle payments, receipts, and basic inventory updates professionally
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communicator Fluent in English with strong verbal communication and active listening skills Energetic & confident Positive attitude with a natural ability to engage and inspire customers Fitness-oriented lifestyle Passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and an active way of living Sports or athletic background Experience in any sport or competitive athletics is a strong advantage Nutrition & supplement knowledge Familiarity with health supplements, proteins, vitamins, or sports nutrition Sales or retail experience Prior experience in a customer-facing retail or sales environment preferred Well-groomed & presentable Professional appearance suitable for a premium retail environment Sales-driven mindset Goal-oriented with the ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close confidently
