Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Prospect New Customers: Identify potential customers through referrals, connections, and physical market scanning • Pre-Approach: Set appointments and prepare weekly field visit plans • Customer Engagement: Gather data on customer needs, potentiality, and competition. Introduce our brands using a premium approach • Sales Execution: Handle inquiries and objections, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets • Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction, manage stock levels, oversee delivery, and identify future opportunities • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, competitor actions, and sales forecast
Desired Candidate Profile
• 2-5 years in commercial tire sales, with experience in selling wholesale and dealer channels • Proficiency in MS Office, basic accounting knowledge, and experience in selling premium brands • High persuasion skills, proactive problem-solving, strong communication, analytical skills, and effective time managemen
