Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of vendor accommodations to identify hazards and ensure compliance with WHS standards.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified safety concerns.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to vendors on WHS policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and training.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe working environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of two years of experience in workplace health and safety, compliance auditing, or a related fiel
Experience conducting social compliance, accommodation, or third-party vendor audits is strongly preferred.
Prior experience developing Corrective Action Plans and managing vendor remediation processes is preferred.
Familiarity with UAE
