Job Summary

The Window Tinting Technician is responsible for performing professional window film installation on all types of vehicles within the PDI or Bodyshop operations. The role ensures that every tint application meets company quality standards, delivers a neat and durable finish, and complies with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform accurate and high-quality window tint installation on vehicle glass surfaces (side, rear, and front where legally permitted).

· Ensure all tint work is completed without visible defects such as bubbles, creases, or dust.

· Prepare vehicle glass surfaces by cleaning and inspecting before applying film.

· Handle and apply various film types (ceramic, carbon, dyed, reflective, etc.) as instructed on the job card.

· Use heat guns, cutting tools, and application materials safely and effectively.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tinting area, tools, and equipment.

· Record job details including film type, vehicle information, and completion time.

· Coordinate with PDI and Bodyshop teams to ensure workflow efficiency and on-time vehicle readiness.

· Report material usage, stock shortages, or rework cases to the PDI Manager.

· Follow all safety guidelines and workshop discipline procedures.
