Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in system engineering or IT support roles.
  • Hands-on experience with server hardware and operating systems Managing Domain Controllers, Active Directory, Group Policy management. Azure AD.
  • Experience Configuring SSO for SaaS and enterprise applications (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, etc).
  • Good to have experience with SCCM -Windows Servers Patching.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, SSO/federation and troubleshooting identity sync issues, Conditional Access Policies and MFA.
