Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Windows Server Administrator with 10+ years of expertise in managing and supporting enterprise Windows environments.

  • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022)

  • Manage File & Print Services, IIS, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), and Failover Clustering

  • Monitor server health, performance, availability, and system capacity

  • Perform server hardening, patching, and vulnerability remediation

  • Manage storage, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations

  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and server-related issues

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10+ Years of relevant experience in Windows Server Administration

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration

  • Hands-on expertise in IIS, RDS, Failover Clustering, and storage management

  • Good knowledge of backup, recovery, security, and patch management

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
