Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (IIS, FTP, DNS, RDP, etc)
- Manage and configure Plesk Panel (websites, SSL, email, databases, etc)
- Operate and support Microsoft Exchange Server
- Oversee backup operations and restoration using R1Soft and Veeam Backup
- Handle email security and delivery setup
- Monitor servers and respond to incidents via Zabbix
- Secure systems through proper firewall configurations and patch management
- Write and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks
- Manage SSL installations and renewals
- Work within WHMCS to support customer provisioning and ticket resolution
- Perform log analysis and root cause investigation for issues and outages
Desired Candidate Profile
Role Objective:
- We are seeking a highly experienced Full-Time Windows Server Administrator to join our team remotely. Our infrastructure is entirely based on Windows Server, and we manage a large-scale web hosting environment powered by Plesk, Microsoft Exchange, R1Soft and Veeam Backup. Monitoring is handled via Zabbix, and WHMCS is used for customer management and billing.
