Wireline Crew Chief GET Global Group

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise wireline crew operations during Plug & Perf jobs at unconventional well sites.
• Execute cased hole wireline operations, including perforating and well intervention activities.
• Ensure all operations comply with HSE policies, company standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with frac, drilling, and completion teams to ensure smooth execution of Plug & Perf operations.
• Prepare and review job programs, risk assessments, and safety procedures before starting operations.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper maintenance and readiness of wireline tools.
• Troubleshoot operational or technical issues during wireline jobs.
• Maintain accurate job reports, operational logs, and field documentation.
• Train and guide field operators and junior crew members.
• Ensure safe handling of perforating systems and explosives according to industry standards.
