Wireline Engineer GET Global Group

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute cased hole wireline operations including logging, perforation, and production services.
• Operate and supervise wireline equipment for cased hole logging and intervention services.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and operational procedures during all wireline activities.
• Prepare and review job programs, risk assessments, and operational procedures prior to field execution.
• Monitor job performance and ensure quality data acquisition and service delivery according to client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during wireline operations.
• Coordinate with drilling, production, and reservoir teams to ensure smooth job execution.
• Maintain accurate job reports, operational records, and service documentation.
• Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and testing of wireline tools and equipment.
• Train and guide junior engineers and field operators during operations.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
