Functional Leadership:

• Act as the subject matter expert for WMS functionalities across multiple business units.

Requirements Gathering:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.

System Configuration:

• Configure WMS modules (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Picking, Packing, Replenishment, Shipping) to align with operational requirements.

Process Optimization:

• Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Master Data Governance:

• Ensure integrity and consistency of master data across WMS and integrated systems.

Testing & Deployment:

• Lead functional testing (SIT/UAT), support go-live activities, and provide hyper care post-implementation.

Training & Support:

• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users; provide ongoing functional support.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with technical teams for integrations, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud WMS, Blue Yonder WMS, or Manhattan WMS.
• Familiarity with integration concepts between WMS and ERP/TMS systems.
• Relevant certifications in WMS platforms or supply chain technologies.
• Experience in large-scale WMS implementations or upgrades.
• 3+ years of functional experience with WMS platforms (Oracle Cloud, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or similar).
