Women s Wear Sales & Market Supervisor

The role focuses on improving the commercial performance of De Backer s Women by analyzing market trends, guiding sales teams, optimizing assortment, and aligning product, pricing, and customer expectations. You will act as the link between stores, customers, design, planning, and commercial teams to ensure the women s line becomes competitive and clearly positioned. You will be reporting directly to the commercial manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Improve sales performance across stores and train teams on women-specific selling techniques.
• Review samples and provide commercial feedback on fits, fabrics, and assortment needs.
• Support pricing decisions and recommend adjustments or promotions.
• Ensure proper VM execution and elevate in-store experience for women.
• Monitor replenishment, stock availability, and slow/fast movers.
• Collaborate with marketing by providing insights on what resonates with women shoppers.

• Minimum 5 years in women s fashion retail (Store Manager, Area Supervisor, Sales Supervisor).
• Strong understanding of the Egyptian women s wear market.
• Knowledge of fits, styles, fabrics, and retail selling behavior.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into action.
• Experience with planning, purchasing, or VM is a plus
