Wood Installation Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate wood installation teams on-site.
• Ensure all carpentry works are executed according to design specifications.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
• Schedule and manage daily installation activities and team assignments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Report progress, issues, and project completion status to project managers.
• Train and guide team members to maintain high-quality work standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry or wood installation supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• On-site work availability.
