Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, customize & maintain WordPress websites
Convert Figma / XD / PSD designs into WordPress with high accuracy
Write clean, scalable & well-documented code
Ensure website speed, security & performance optimization
Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues & provide ongoing support
Collaborate with designers & content teams for seamless execution
Ensure high-quality UI/UX and mobile responsiveness
Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX for web & mobile applications
Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
Create wireframes, prototypes & design systems
Ensure consistency across products and platforms
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility & quality execution
Conduct basic user research, usability testing & design iterations
Stay updated with latest design trends & best practices
Desired Candidate Profile
1 Strong hands-on experience in WordPress development (2+ years)
2 Ability to write clean, custom code and convert designs into responsive WordPress websites
3 Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript & PHP
4 Experience with custom themes & plugin development
5 Strong understanding of responsive design & cross-browser compatibility
6 Knowledge of page builders (Elementor / Gutenberg / WPBakery as needed)
7 Understanding of website performance optimization & security best practices
8 Experience with SEO-friendly development is a plus
1 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
2 Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools
3 Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes & high-fidelity UI designs
4 Solid understanding of UX principles, usability & accessibility standards
5 Experience designing responsive web & mobile interfaces
6 Strong visual design skills typography, color, layout & spacing
7 Ability to collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders
8 Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
