The Work Permit Receiver (WPR) is responsible for receiving and managing work permits issued for hazardous or controlled work activities within Saudi Aramco facilities. The WPR ensures all safety protocols and permit conditions are fully understood and strictly followed before and during the execution of work. This role requires Aramco-specific training and certification, emphasizing safety compliance, risk management, and communication between contractors and site authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and review work permits issued by authorized personnel.
Ensure all safety conditions and requirements on the permit are understood by the work team.
Coordinate with site safety and operational teams to ensure compliance with Aramco safety standards.
Monitor ongoing work to ensure adherence to permit conditions and safety protocols.
Communicate and report any deviations, hazards, or incidents to supervisors immediately.
Participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and permit-related training.
Maintain records of issued permits and related documentation.
Assist in the closure of permits upon satisfactory completion of work.
