Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming work permit applications, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for work permit submissions, streamlining the application process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and management regarding work permit statuses and requirements.
- Conduct thorough audits of work permit files to ensure compliance with immigration laws and internal policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for the role.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration processes, preferably in a corporate environment, showcasing relevance and expertise.
- Certification in immigration law or compliance is highly desirable, reflecting a commitment to the field and enhancing credibility.
- Experience working in multinational companies or with diverse employee backgrounds, demonstrating cultural competence.
