Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits of subcontractor accommodations and site welfare facilities
  • Ensure welfare standards meet UAE and KSA labour law requirements
  • Inspect living conditions, hygiene, food quality, and general worker welfare provisions
  • Identify gaps, issue corrective actions, and follow up on implementation
  • Review subcontractor records (worker lists, WPS, welfare documentation, etc.)
  • Investigate worker complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on welfare audits and findings

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in HSE, Occupational Health & Safety, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Proven experience in worker welfare, HSE, or accommodation auditing
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and welfare standards in UAE and/or KSA
  • Experience working with subcontractors on construction projects
  • Good attention to detail and reporting skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and confidentially
