Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily logistical operations, including worker transportation, canteen and catering services, and the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and supplies.
  2. Establish and implement effective employee care programs, conducting regular visits to worker living quarters to understand their challenges and needs.
  3. Systematically receive, investigate, process, and follow up on employee complaints, providing fair and timely resolutions to maintain high staff morale.
  4. Oversee and coordinate third-party service providers related to logistics (e.g., cleaning, security, catering) to ensure service quality and contractual compliance.
  5. Provide accurate interpretation and translation services for the company's external business activities, such as negotiations with local suppliers and official meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Proficiency in Arabic and fluency in English are required. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in worker management or logistics within the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia region.
  3. Strong skills in using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
